Membership Renewal & Late Fee Policy

Annual membership renewals are due by May 1 each year. To maintain active membership status and avoid additional fees, please submit your annual dues payment by the renewal deadline. Late fees are applied as follows: • After May 1: $50 late fee • After June 1: Late fee increases to $100 • After July 1: Membership is considered lapsed, and a $500 reinstatement fee applies in addition to annual dues For memberships that remain inactive beyond one year, reinstatement fees are: • Lapsed 1 year: $500 reinstatement fee plus current annual dues • Lapsed 2 years: $1,000 reinstatement fee plus current annual dues • Lapsed 3 or more years: Full initiation fee at the current rate is required to rejoin We encourage members to renew on time to maintain uninterrupted access to all PPRSC amenities and activities.
